Why did I start Basil and Bacon Freezer Meal Workshops? Because I know exactly what it’s like to want to put healthy, homemade meals on the table but to become overwhelmed and see the craziness of everyday life get in the way. I’ve figured out a way to make things a little easier for you. And it’s fun!
I have a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and went back to school while on Mat leave to complete my Holistic Nutrition Coaching Certification (CNC) in 2015. I spend my days as Regional Supervisor of Music Lesson Centres for a National Music Company and my nights helping you and your friends feed your families delicious, affordable meals that you can feel good about.
